3 Easy Ways to Use Essential Oils
I know a lot of people get intimidated by using essential oils. Here are 3 easy ways to use Young Living essential oils safely in your everyday life.

Not all essential oils are the same nor can be used in all 3 ways. These recommended usages are for Young Living essential oils. Please read your labels. Always make sure to follow the label instructions. If your bottle says “Not for Topical or Internal Use” do not use it in that method.
3 EASY WAYS TO USE ESSENTIAL OILS:
1. AROMATIC
Option 1: Replace those air fresheners and plugins with a diffuser. Fill to fill-line with water, add desired drops, breathe in the mist. Start low when beginning.
Option 2: Add drops to hand. Rub hands together, cup hands over the nose, and inhale deeply for several minutes
2. TOPICAL
Option 1: Tip bottle at a slight angle to allow the oil to drip slowly out one drop at a time. Apply oils topically to target specific areas, like the joints, muscles, head, or stomach.
Use a fatty oil like jojoba, grapeseed or fractionated coconut oil to dilute the oils when applying on the skin to reduce possible irritation.
Read the label for dilution ratios.
Option 2: Add desired drops to a roller bottle and fill remainder with carrier oil. Roll-on skin in desired location.
3. INTERNAL
I bet you didn't know that if you’ve ever had flavored drinks, lemon zest or candy, you’ve consumed essential oils. HOWEVER, not all oils are intended for internal consumption!! Make sure and read your labels.

Add 1-2 drops to flavor water or flavor food.
